About 148,000 pounds of fully cooked, frozen chicken breast patty products from Foster Farms are being recalled in Costco
The product was recalled because it might have been tainted with foreign substances, particularly hard, transparent plastic fragments.
On August 11, 2022, patties were made.
Merchandise having a "best by" date of August 11, 2023.
In Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah, and Washington, patties were delivered to Costco distribution centres.
Consumer concerns led to the start of the recall.
