Before the deadline on Friday to exchange preferred compensation amounts for the 2023 season, the Dodgers have reached agreements with eight of their ten players

Julio Uras, who is entering his final year of being eligible for arbitration before entering free agency, will receive the highest salary.

According to numerous estimates, the left-hander will earn $14.25 million in 2023, a significant increase from the $8 million he earned the previous year.

2

This follows a career year for Uras, who placed third in the NL Cy Young Award voting and led the National League with a 2.16 ERA.

3

The second highest-paid right-hander is Walker Buehler, who will make $8.025 million, a source informed MLB.com's Mark Feinsand.

4

Given that Buehler underwent a second Tommy John surgery in August of last year, the likelihood of him pitching in 2023 is slim.

5

Prior to the 21 season, Super Two player Buehler signed a two-year, $8 million contract, which bought out his first two arbitration years.

6

Will Smith reached a $5.25 million settlement with the Dodgers in his initial year of eligibility for arbitration.

7

Smith has made a name for himself as one of baseball's top catchers on offence.

8

With an OPS of.808, he finished last year second in MLB among qualifying catchers while leading all NL backstops with 24 home runs.

9

Dustin May will earn $1.675 million in his first year of eligibility, according to MLB Network source Jon Heyman.
